A few years ago, I started bootstrapping my first product, UserBit. As UserBit grew, our content team started making a ton of educational and promotional videos for it.
Anyone who has created or managed video content for social media before, knows how painful it is to reuse content from video to distribute on social platform. Deciding what parts can be made into shorts, coming up with titles, descriptions, then figuring out how to do captions, etc.
